Depending on the Year, Make a Model – we will need the VIN#, mileage and the part# from the original ECM/PCM/IDM/FICM.
Q. Do I need to have any additional programming done once I receive my part?
A. Most our Computers/Parts listed on eBay are fully programmed, ready to install. Some of the Computers (in the event of an upsale)  will require key programming, that you will have to do it once you get the ECM back. You are responsible for the key programming fee.
Q. I purchased my truck outside of the U.S., can you supply the ECM for it?
A.
Our ECM’s will not fit export models. We carry software for international programming, but the internal structure of international parts may be substantially different then the U.S. parts that we use. Please, contact us before placing the order.
Q. In the event of an UpSale, Can I return the Part/Computer if it doesn’t work?

es, you can. The Part/Computer may be returned within 14 days of delivery as long as it is returned in its original condition. The return may be a subject to shipping charges as well as programming charges. It is up to you and your mechanic to make sure that you diagnose your vehicle correctly.
Q. Can I get a refund if I don’t need the part?
A.
Yes, you have 14 days to return the computer we sent you from the time you receive it. There is a 25% restocking fee plus the shipping cost. There are NO REFUNDS after 14 days.
Q. Do you ship outside of the US?
A.
At this moment we ship only within U.S. (48 Lower States). We do not offer international shipping.
Q. Do you ship to Alaska?
A.
